2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Revealed
The 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL confirmed many speculations about the newest universal Jeep. Most interestingly is the survival of the Rubicon model amongst the 2 door Wrangler while the Sahara (a model that preceded it) is now relinquished to the 4 door only. All Wrangler models remain body on frame construction with removable doors and roofs, and a foldable windshield. Rubicon in both door quantities will remain available with color match fenders (now half colored half black) and a color match hardtop. Continue reading

Jeep reveals 2018 JK Wrangler
It was teased many months ago that the current JK Wrangler and the forthcoming JL Wrangler would in fact overlap both as 2018 model year vehicles; that has now been confirmed with the spec announcement for the 2018 JK Wrangler. Since the JL is set to debut this November as a 4 door only my guess is that the 2 door and 4 door JK will continue to be produced into 2018 until the JL plant is completely up and opperational. At that point, the capacity still making JKs will switch over to start making the JT Scrambler pickup for the 2019 model year. Continue reading
